About Vythiri Park
Vythiri Park is an adventure and amusement park located at Chelode in Vythiri, Wayanad district, Kerala, directly beside National Highway 766 near the Vythiri PWD Rest House. The project was established by V Sharp Promoters Pvt Ltd in March 2021, opened to the public in late 2022, and is operated by Nail India Adventures Pvt Ltd. The park offers more than 50 rides and attractions spread across water, tower, rope, kids, outdoor and amusement zones, making it one of the largest multipurpose parks in Kerala.
Vythiri sits at an altitude of around 700 meters above sea level, which gives the park a noticeably cooler climate than most other parts of Wayanad. The setting combines adventure activities with views of the surrounding Western Ghats, and the park is designed for all age groups, from toddlers in the kids zone to senior citizens who prefer slower-paced attractions.
Parking and Entry
Private vehicles are not allowed inside the park. Visitors park at the dedicated parking area beside NH 766, which accommodates everything from two-wheelers to buses. From the parking area, a free shuttle operated by the park takes visitors up a short elevation to the ticket counter in about 5 minutes. Bags and loose items are deposited at the comfort station near the ticket counter before entering the activity areas.
Vythiri Park Ticket Price and Entry Fee
Vythiri Park has moved to a pass-based ticket system. Instead of a single flat entry fee, visitors choose between 30-ride, 40-ride and 50-ride day passes, with adult passes starting from Rs 599 on the official booking portal. The pass covers the rides included in that tier; a few premium extras such as the ATV and fish spa, along with food, beverages and merchandise, are charged separately.
| Category | Ticket Price | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Adult | From Rs 599 | Price varies by pass tier (30, 40 or 50 rides) |
| Kids | Lower than adult rates | Based on child height; confirm while booking |
| Senior Citizens | Concession rates | Confirm the current rate at the counter or online |
| Infants | Free | Entry only |

Vythiri Park Online Booking
Tickets can be purchased at the park counter or booked in advance through the official booking portal. Online booking provides instant confirmation with a QR-based e-ticket delivered by email and SMS, which allows visitors to skip the queue at the gate. Payment is processed through a secure gateway. Groups of 15 or more, including school trips and corporate outings, get special pricing and can contact the park directly at +91 7511183000.
Vythiri Park Timings
The park operates every day of the week. Arriving early is recommended because the last entry cutoff is well before closing time, and a full day is needed to cover the higher pass tiers.

Best Time to Visit Vythiri Park
The park is open year-round, but October to March is the most comfortable window, with pleasant weather suited to a full day of outdoor activity. The heavy monsoon months from June to September can interrupt outdoor and rope activities, so that period is best avoided for a first visit. Peak footfall runs from January to May, and April and May in particular see large family and student crowds due to school vacations.
Weekends, public holidays and festive seasons such as Onam and Christmas draw the largest crowds and the longest ride queues. Visiting on a weekday outside holiday periods offers a quieter experience and shorter waiting times for popular rides.
How to Reach Vythiri Park
The park is easy to locate: search for Vythiri Park, Chelode on Google Maps for turn-by-turn directions from any starting point in Kerala, Karnataka or Tamil Nadu. It sits beside NH 766, roughly 10 km from Kalpetta town and about 5 km from Vythiri town centre. The full address is Vythiri Park, Chelode, Vythiri, Wayanad, Kerala 673576.

Calicut International Airport (Karipur) is the nearest airport, approximately 85 to 90 km away via the Thamarassery Ghat road. Kannur International Airport is the alternative, at around 120 km. Taxis and buses are available from both airports toward Kalpetta and Vythiri.
By Rail

By Road
Wayanad is well connected by KSRTC and private buses from across Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu. Any bus plying the Kozhikode to Kalpetta route on NH 766 passes Vythiri, and the park entrance and parking area are directly on the highway near the Vythiri PWD Rest House.
